plans and floor-to-ceiling windows. Shuttle elevators transfer tenants
from the street level Main Lobby to the eighth-floor Garden Lobby and
then to their offices using multiple high rise elevators.
The
Building Automation System (BAS) consists of:

120 Unitary AC units
-

The BAS is
controlled using Teletrol Systems, Inc. hardware and their Panorama
graphical front end. The graphical front end allows the facility
engineers to access an overview of the building on one screen, and then
penetrate the different systems for more detailed analysis and control.
Animated air handler graphics and floor plans add to the user friendly
atmosphere by providing “status at a glance” and increased productivity.
