Located at Michie Stadium, Randall Hall consists of three floors and will include a catwalk over Howse Place that connects to the upper concourse of Holleder Center near Christl Arena.  Four skybox booths with seating for approximately 21 overlooks Michie Stadium and highlight the top floor.

The first floor of Randall Hall house’s the Men's and Women's Basketball Locker Rooms and Team Rooms

The second floor has a 248-seat tiered auditorium with state-of-the-art audiovisual capabilities.  Designed to be divided into two sections when needed for simultaneous use, the auditorium is used by groups or teams of athletes for training presentations and ceremonies.

Luxury boxes overlooking Michie Stadium and offices for Army's men's and women's basketball coaching staffs are housed on the third floor.

The building is controlled by a Honeywell XL5000 system that includes an XL50, XL10 VAV’s and XFC modules.  The BACS communicates to a front end that utilizes Honeywell’s SymmetrE graphical interface to view and control the stadium from anywhere on the campus.
