A 90,000 square-foot shopping center whose building includes a 48,000 square-foot retail area and a mall area consisting of a dry cleaner, barbershop, beauty shop, optical store, florist, game room, vender area and a Burger King.

The stand-alone Honeywell control system controls 17 Air Handling Units and a central boiler plant located at the building.
