Twenty-two story utility building in midtown Manhattan with mission critical systems.

Close working relationship with mechanical consulting engineer to provide customer with seamless transition during modernization of control systems.  Work ongoing in building.

PROJECTS OF NOTE:

• Modified and corrected deficiencies of smoke purge systems on twenty floors. Pre-qualified system operation prior to inspection by NYC Fire Department and Department of Buildings.

• Design and installation of DDC temperature alarm point monitoring system.  Value engineered by using existing legacy system sensors and wiring to reduce the customer’s installation cost. 

• Installation of temperature controls and smoke purge systems for six floors of Web Hosting, including cooling and ventilation of six UPS rooms.

• Long term customer relationship continuing with maintenance service and building renovations.
